Around the pond, two forms of enclosure persist: people bounded by walls, and stagnant water bounded by private pools. The project proposes to pool the pools together into a shared network that reconnects neighbours and opens the territory by filtering water and reusing runoff to support biodiversity. By turning isolated amenities into small communal interfaces, the system transforms enclosure into connection, weaving a collective ecological infrastructure across the landscape.
