By acknowledging the bodies impacted by this event, both human and non-human, we can explore the complex relationships, interactions, and asymmetries between various actors, as well as the sensorial and material elements involved. In this case, the focus was on farmers, farm animals, and the land, all of which were affected by the situation. This places strong emphasis on personal and collective experiences, embodied narratives, and the needs of these bodies.
These embodied narratives are always set in a space and a time: they are shaped by the context in which they take place. Through archival, we anchor these stories, and we can (re)construct the narration.
