Centering the More-Than-Human: A Critical Planning Approach to Lausanne's Growth

The city of Lausanne produced a document stating the problems surrounding the different ecological sub-networks and some weak recommendations to improve them. We critically read this document where the more-than-humans are secondary in order to decenter humans. To do so, we seek to identify where the major conflicts are (between humans and other species) and propose a planning vision that allows for a good equilibrium, beneficial to all—non-humans and humans.
