This project proposes a minimal architectural intervention on the shores of Lac Léman, focusing on resource recycling and management. The design introduces two distinct pavilions: one dedicated to water treatment and the other to plastic recycling.
The Water Pavilion is envisioned to incorporate a natural filtration system, utilizing various plant species to purify water. This includes a designed landscape element, possibly a pond with aquatic plants, to visually and functionally integrate the water treatment process.
The Plastic Pavilion is designed as an open and lightweight structure, intended for the collection, sorting, and potentially processing of plastic waste. Its architectural form reflects a commitment to minimal environmental impact.
Both pavilions are strategically placed along the lake's edge, aiming to blend seamlessly with the existing natural environment while serving as subtle yet impactful presences that promote sustainable practices. The overall design concept is geared towards improving resource flows within the area, demonstrating an integrated approach to environmental stewardship.
