CIRCULAR GANGBUK - Final Review & Exhibition

LDM

An immersive spatial configuration for final review unites students with physical and remote global experts in a convivial conversation. Twelve 4k screens display projects in unison focused on flows of materials and goods applied to circular economy and design. After the review, the reversed configuration continues as an exhibition with the 3D-printers continuously generating models from recycled plastic filaments. The goal of the overarching project was to form the basis for spatial and socio-ecological transformations of the legendary Sewoon Makercity and surrounding Gangbuk district into “Circular Gangbuk”.
