The Domestic City LAB is very pleased to welcome Irina Davidovici for a lecture as part of the Studio Sophie Delhay's spring semester: The City as a House. The event will take place in AAC 020 and will be broadcast live on Zoom.

Irina Davidovici is the director of the gta Archive at the gta Institute for History and Theory of Architecture at ETH Zurich. She is a trained architect, historian, and author of the textbook Forms of Practice. Swiss Architecture 1980–2000 (2018) and more recently The Autonomy of Theory. Ticino Architecture and its Critical Reception (2024). Between 2016–2018 she was part of a research collective working on the SNF-funded project Flora Ruchat Roncati at ETH Zurich 1985–2002: Professor, Architect, Theoretician, on which this lecture is based.
