Ephemeral Auditorium

Viktor Monnier

The project involved designing a modular and demountable conference venue to be located within the prestigious Grand Palais in Paris. The venue was required to accommodate seating for 200 individuals while ensuring a harmonious integration of architectural, spatial, acoustical, technical, and environmental qualities. Particular emphasis was placed on achieving a design that could be assembled within three days and disassembled within a single day, reflecting both efficiency and adaptability. This project combined innovative modular design principles with a focus on sustainability and functional excellence, delivering a versatile solution for dynamic event needs
