In Le Mirail, schools are reimagined as architectures of empowerment, addressing challenges like homelessness, illiteracy, and administrative barriers through a holistic framework connecting the urban fabric, inter-school networks, and redesigned environments. Operating as shelters, night schools, and community hubs, schools serve diverse communities around the clock. Using École Les Pinhous as a case study, this framework shows how architectural strategies can empower communities and foster lasting change.
