The construction industry’s reliance on exploitative practices
becomes apparent in the RTS Campus. Qualitative and quantitative investigations of our practice aim to reveal how global supply chains converge in one point. From the destruction
of our environment and social fabric, our report underscores the urgent need for a fundamental shift in architecture. Such a practice must prioritise climate-responsive design, emphasise material frugality and oppose the externalisation of financial and non-financialised costs.
