Julien Dario - Marseille: Géographie d'une ville fragmentée - Studio Sophie Delhay

Julien Dario holds a doctorate in geography and was awarded the Grand Prix de thèse sur la ville in 2020 (PUCA prize) for his thesis, defended in 2019, on residential closure in Marseille and its impact on the road network and travel. He specializes in issues relating to cities, regional planning and public policies for sustainable development. Currently unit manager at the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Council, he coordinates the “Plateforme connaissance du territoire régionale” program, a public service for the region’s local authorities offering data, studies and analyses in support of strategic territorial planning.
