Staying in Noailles, Noailles Staying: Scaffoldings for Public Accountability and Community Strengthening

Noailles' precarious yet inclusive residents struggle under unsafe housing, slumlords and bad governance which all culminated in the 2018 tragic collapse at Rue d'Aubagne.
5 years after the city's promise for a 200 million € social housing project, progress is slow and Gentrification knocks.
To protect the residents and Noailles from speculation and displacement a citizen-initiated
Community Land Trust is proposed and literally manifested at Rue d'aubagne in the form
of scaffolding. A framework of support for Noailles and for the system.
