Space has become a monetary luxury. But what if luxury was rather the fact of appropriating it? Perhaps are we rich without realizing it? The more space you have, the more objects you accumulate. Rather than focusing in possessions, we believe in luxury as the richness of shared moments with kins. By sharing a coffee in the morning, doing your laundry while chatting with neighbours or watching a movie at the top of your building, the city itself evolve to become a new home for everyone.
