“Gangnam Oasis” is a place where residents and the public meet in between gardens. The project emphasizes the criteria of the site. Therefore, particular attention is given to the wall, which will be the connection link between these two. The wall, which that in the same time allows extensions for the residential houses, is democratized by giving geometrical articulations that invite people in, offering to the inhabitants originally exceptional spaces with their spatiality. The wall permits to the public and the residents to benefit from the main characteristic of the site: greenery.

The project will emphasize the different qualities of the site, for the residentials and the public. That is why the intentions are on working on democratizing the wall and the new living spaces which will be added are only extensions. This will offer better living quality standards for the owners by creating pockets of green. These allow a direct visual connection with nature for residents and the public and allow people to rent their house by renting a part of it or just a better place to live, and a bigger one. In the same way, the public has a Gangnam oasis in access. In between strategies, a Gangnam oasis is created in a form of pieces of gardens. Now the public can enter the site.
