Amphi

Amphi is a project dedicated to Epfl students and encloses a space for acting and meeting. Its shape is drawn by a locally flattened terrain, creating the program opportunity needed without having to add or throw away earth. To hold this moved matter into place, natural stone terrasses are made. Those structures create a visible enclosure around the garden and a threshold at their intersection. Different degrees of work are given to stones with different functions, terrasses or seats.
